Planet Kidz Salon has been successfully in business for over 15 years and a new upscale location is opening in the exclusive waterfront Newport area in Jersey City. We are looking for amazing hairstylist/barbers passionate about working with children to join our team!  We are ready to hire and start the training process (FT/PT).

Qualifications:

• Outgoing and fun personality to enjoy working with children and parents

• Organized, punctual, reliable, customer service oriented, creative, energetic, and positive attitude

• Must have good listening and communication skills, displays patience, and carry a smile on your face

• Experienced cutting hair using both scissors and clippers a must

• Previous retail/sales experience is a plus

• Work well in a team environment

• At least one year of hair cutting experience

• Must have a license or permit in New Jersey
